Who we are

Eventful Creators is a brand of Aviani Group (FZE), Block B, Office B55-007, Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTI Park), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data collected on this website. Questions about privacy: office@eventful-creators.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us yourself:

• Event request form: your name, email, phone number, company (optional) and the event details you choose to share, such as date, location, guest numbers, wishes and budget.
• Email or WhatsApp: the content of the messages you send us and your contact details.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking. Fonts are hosted on our own website, so no data is sent to font providers.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your request, prepare a proposal and, if you book with us, plan and run your event. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed before and for a contract with you (UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection; for visitors from the EU, Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Who receives it

• Netlify hosts this website and delivers form submissions to us. Like every web host, it briefly records technical data such as your IP address for security and operation.
• Google Workspace provides our email.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us there.
• Event suppliers such as venues, caterers or transport companies receive only what they need to deliver your event, and only once you work with us.

These providers may process data outside the UAE or the EU. They are bound by data protection agreements, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Data related to a booking is kept as long as accounting and tax laws require.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Just write to office@eventful-creators.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority – in the UAE the UAE Data Office, in the EU the authority in your country.

Our pages link to Instagram and WhatsApp. Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that service applies.
